Connect Once
One authenticated API connection links your recruitment CRM to Redsun. You add the credentials on the Connections screen, test the connection, and the sync runs from there with no connector service sitting in between.
Bi-Directional Sync
Jobs, candidate records and status changes come across on Redsun's scheduled sync cycle, which runs hourly and can be triggered by hand. Applications captured on your site are written back the moment a visitor submits them.
AI Enrichment Layer
A candidate who submits a CV arrives with the AI read already attached: years of experience, key skills, headline strengths, and the salary they hold and want. An employer arrives with the full brief they filled in. Both land on the CRM record as a note.
Validation & Error Handling
Field mapping catches schema mismatches before they reach your CRM. Transient failures retry with exponential backoff, and permanent ones are recorded with a diagnostic naming the record and the reason.
Sync Monitoring
The Connections screen carries a live status badge and the time of the last successful run for each CRM, with a Test Connection check and a Sync Now button when you want to pull straight away.

API-First Architecture
Every integration is built on the CRM's own documented REST API. No screen-scraping and no browser-automation connectors.
Scoped Credentials
OAuth 2.0 or per-scope API tokens held per tenant, encrypted in transit and at rest, with a fixed egress address where your CRM restricts by IP.
Retry and Backoff
Where a CRM rate-limits us, as JobAdder and Atlas do, the adapter honours the retry window and backs off exponentially. Failed writes are logged per record with the reason.
Hourly Sync Cycle
The scheduled sweep runs every hour and, where the CRM supports it, fetches only records changed since the last run. You can also sync on demand from the Connections screen.
Field Mapping Engine
Your CRM's schema is respected. Custom fields map onto Redsun's canonical model, and anything the model does not cover is carried through as an extension you can promote to a typed field.
Versioned APIs
Each adapter targets a versioned CRM API and is updated when a provider changes an endpoint. A failed run turns the Connections status badge red rather than dropping records quietly.

- Redsun retries transient failures automatically with exponential backoff. Permanent failures are surfaced with a diagnostic naming the record and the reason on the Connections screen, and every sync run is logged, so you can see what was written and what was not.
