Your CCPA/CPRA rights

If you are a California resident you have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:

the right to know what personal information we collect about you;
the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information;
the right to correct inaccurate personal information;
the right to request deletion of your personal information;
the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (which we do not engage in);
the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to the purposes for which it was collected;
the right not to be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Other US state privacy rights

If you are a resident of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Delaware, Iowa, Tennessee, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Rhode Island, Kentucky or Indiana, you have similar rights to confirmation, access, correction, deletion and opt-outs from sale, sharing, targeted advertising and certain profiling. We do not engage in any of those activities for personal information processed through the platform.

How to submit a request

To submit a verifiable consumer request, including a confirmation that we do not sell or share your personal information, please use our Data Rights Portal or email ayrton@redsunplatform.com with the subject line "CCPA Request".

We will verify your identity before responding (typically by confirming your email and any account identifiers we hold). We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days, with one extension of up to 45 additional days where reasonably necessary.

You may designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. Authorised-agent requests must include written permission signed by you and proof that the agent is authorised to act for you. We may deny requests from agents that do not submit proof of authorisation.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honour browser-based opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal while you are visiting our website, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, even though we do not engage in those activities.

Categories of personal information we collect

For transparency under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.110(c), the categories we collect are:

identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, account identifiers);
professional or employment information (CV/resume, work history, qualifications);
commercial information (subscription, billing, transaction history);
internet or other electronic activity (pages viewed, session data, device information);
geolocation data (approximate, derived from IP address);
inferences drawn from the above (job-fit signals, market benchmarks).
