Recruit CRM jobs,
on your site within the hour.
Redsun reads your jobs, candidates, contacts, companies, placements, deals and users through the Recruit CRM API, publishes open jobs to your website, and adds every applicant to the right job at the Applied stage with their CV and a note of where they came from.
One API token from your Account Owner.
Recruit CRM keeps API tokens under Admin Settings, in the API section, and only the Account Owner can see them. API access comes with the Business plan and above. Paste the token on the Connections screen and Redsun checks it by reading one job.
- Jobs, candidates, contacts, companies and deals are read with Recruit CRM's updated-date filter, so an hourly run fetches only what changed
- Once a day every job is read in full, and any role Recruit CRM no longer returns is closed on your site
- Recruit CRM's webhooks carry no signature Redsun could check, so changes reach your site on the next hourly run or when you press Sync now
What the Recruit CRM adapter does.
Each item below maps to an endpoint in the Recruit CRM API that the adapter calls.
Jobs as job pages
Open jobs come across with the advert, location, salary and currency, skills, contract type and work mode. On Hold, Closed and Cancelled jobs stay off your site.
Applicants at Applied
A website application goes through Recruit CRM's apply endpoint, so the candidate joins that job's hiring pipeline at the Applied stage. Someone already in Recruit CRM is matched on email and reused.
CV in Files
The CV uploaded on your site is attached to the candidate's Files in Recruit CRM, up to Recruit CRM's limit of 15 MB per file.
Application notes
Each application adds a note to the candidate recording how they applied, with their phone, LinkedIn and cover letter.
Candidates, contacts and companies
Candidates, client contacts and companies sync every hour. Hiring managers from your employer wells are created as Recruit CRM contacts and linked to their company by name.
Placements, deals and users
Placements, deals and your Recruit CRM users come across too. Placements feed the placement counts on your site and users feed consultant profiles.
Recruit CRM Integration FAQs
Common questions about connecting Recruit CRM to a Redsun-powered recruitment website.
- How does Redsun connect to Recruit CRM? +
- With an API token. The Account Owner opens Admin Settings in Recruit CRM, goes to the API section and copies the token. API access is included on the Business plan and above. Paste the token on the Connections screen in Redsun and it is checked straight away by reading one job.
- Which Recruit CRM jobs appear on my website? +
- Jobs with the Open status. On Hold, Closed and Cancelled jobs stay off, and a job that closes in Recruit CRM comes off your site on the next sync. Custom job statuses carry no open or closed meaning Redsun can read, so jobs in a status you created stay off your site until you ask us to treat that status as open.
- Does Recruit CRM push changes to Redsun instantly? +
- No. Recruit CRM has webhooks, but they carry no signature that would let Redsun confirm a delivery came from Recruit CRM. Redsun polls instead: every hour on schedule, or straight away when you press Sync now on the Connections screen.
