Redsun reads your jobs, candidates, contacts, clients, placements, deals and users through the Recruiterflow API, publishes the open jobs you have made public to your website, and adds every applicant to that job with their CV and a note of how they applied.

Recruiterflow has no screen for generating API keys. Ask its support team for one at help@recruiterflow.com or through the in-app chat, then paste it into the Connections screen in Redsun. There is nothing else to set up.
- The Recruiterflow API has no updated-since filter, so every run reads your jobs in full and works through larger tables such as candidates over several runs
- A job that is closed, internal, unlisted, confidential or not published to your careers page stays off your site
- Recruiterflow publishes no webhooks, so changes reach your site on the next scheduled run or when you press Sync now

Published jobs as job pages
Open jobs published to your careers page come across with the advert, location, department, contract type and the salary range with its pay period.
Applicants on the job
A website applicant is added to the Recruiterflow job at the Applied stage, which runs any welcome email recipes you have set up there. An agency that wants them at Sourced instead can switch that on the Connections screen.
CV and application note
The CV uploaded on your site is attached to the candidate as a file, and a note records how they applied, with their phone, LinkedIn and cover letter.
Matched by email
Redsun looks up each applicant by email first. Recruiterflow replaces a field outright when it is updated, so for someone already in your database Redsun writes only the fields that are empty and leaves every email address and phone number you hold as it is.
Clients, contacts, placements and deals
Client companies, contacts, placements, deals and your Recruiterflow users come across too, feeding consultant profiles, sector pages and placement counts. Hiring managers from your employer wells are created as contacts.
Commercial terms kept private
Bill rates, fees and commission on a job are never copied into Redsun, and client users who log in to Recruiterflow to review candidates are kept off your team page.

- How do I get a Recruiterflow API key? +
- Recruiterflow's support team issues API keys; there is no screen in the app for it. Email help@recruiterflow.com or use the in-app chat to ask for one, then paste it into the Connections screen in Redsun.
- Which Recruiterflow jobs appear on my site? +
- Jobs that are open, set to External and published to your careers page. A job that is closed, internal, unlisted, confidential or labelled on hold stays off your site, and a job you close in Recruiterflow comes off on the next sync.
- Does Recruiterflow push changes to Redsun instantly? +
- No. The Recruiterflow API has no webhooks, so Redsun polls: every hour, or straight away when you press Sync now on the Connections screen. Each run reads your jobs in full, because the API cannot return only what changed.
