Redsun reads your jobs, candidates, organisations, contacts and users through the Manatal Open API, publishes the jobs you have published in Manatal to your website, and puts every applicant into that job's pipeline with their CV and a note of how they applied.
One API token from a Manatal admin.
An admin generates the token in Manatal under Administration, Features, Open API. The Open API is part of Manatal's Enterprise Plus plan, and Manatal switches a token off if the plan is downgraded or a payment is missed, so a plan change means generating a new one.

Published jobs as job pages
Active jobs you have published in Manatal come across with the advert, city and region, contract type, whether the role is remote, and the salary range when you have chosen to show it.
Applicants in the pipeline
A website applicant is added to the Manatal job, so they appear in the first stage of that job's pipeline. Someone already on the job stays where they are.
CV and application note
The CV uploaded on your site is added to the candidate's resume in Manatal, and a note records how they applied, with their phone, LinkedIn and cover letter.
Matched by email
Redsun looks up each applicant by email first. For someone already in Manatal it only fills in fields that are blank, so nothing a recruiter typed is overwritten.
Organisations, contacts and hires
Organisations, contacts, users and hires come across too. Manatal has no separate placements record, so hires are read from the hire date on each pipeline entry.
Sensitive fields left out
Manatal candidate records hold a gender and a date of birth. Redsun never reads or stores either, and a salary you have hidden in Manatal never reaches a job page.

- Which Manatal plan do I need? +
- The Open API is part of Manatal's Enterprise Plus plan. An admin generates the token under Administration, Features, Open API and pastes it into the Connections screen in Redsun. If the plan is downgraded or a payment is missed, Manatal switches the token off and a new one has to be generated.
- Will a job I have not published in Manatal appear on my site? +
- No. An active job goes on your site once it is published in Manatal, and a job that is on hold, filled or lost comes off. If you hide the salary in Manatal, the job page shows no salary.
- Does Manatal push changes to Redsun instantly? +
- No. Manatal offers webhooks, but they carry no signature Redsun can use to check that a delivery came from Manatal, so Redsun polls: every hour, or straight away when you press Sync now.
