JobDiva roles,

Redsun signs in to JobDiva as a dedicated API user, publishes the open roles you have posted to your JobDiva portal as job pages, and files every applicant against the right job with their CV and a note of where they came from.
A Client ID and a JobDiva user for the API.
JobDiva support issues your Client ID. Your JobDiva admin adds a user under Settings → My Team with access limited to API calls, and you enter that login on the Connections screen. To upload CVs, create a resume source for Redsun in JobDiva and enter its ID as well.
- Only open roles posted to your JobDiva portal go live, so posting a role in JobDiva is your publish switch
- JobDiva's API has no changed-since filter for jobs, so every run reads your open roles in full and closes any role on your site that is no longer open
- Changes reach your site on the hourly run or when you press Sync now. JobDiva's webhooks are configured inside JobDiva and Redsun does not use them

Posted roles as job pages
Open roles come across with the posting title and advert, location, pay rate and unit, contract type and work mode. The internal requisition, bill rates and client name stay in JobDiva.
Applicants on the job
A website application creates a job application in JobDiva for that role. A candidate already in JobDiva with the same email is reused, so a second application does not make a duplicate record.
CV upload
The CV a candidate attaches on your site becomes a resume on their JobDiva record, tagged with the resume source you set up for Redsun.
Application notes
Each application adds a candidate note recording how the person applied, with their phone number, LinkedIn profile and cover letter.
Companies and contacts
Client companies and contacts come across, which lets the Anonymise clients setting hide client names in your adverts. Hiring managers from your employer wells are created as JobDiva contacts.
Starts as placements
Starts dated in the last twelve months come across as placements, with the candidate, the job, the recruiter and the agreed pay rate.

- How does Redsun connect to JobDiva? +
- With a Client ID from JobDiva support and the login of a JobDiva user set up for API access only. Your JobDiva admin creates that user under Settings → My Team → Add User and ticks Only allow access to JobDiva API Calls. Redsun signs in as that user at the start of each sync and keeps no session between runs.
- Which JobDiva roles appear on my website? +
- Roles JobDiva treats as open that are also posted to your JobDiva portal. An open role you have not posted stays off the site. The site shows the posting title and description you wrote for the portal, and the internal requisition text is never published.
- Does Redsun import my JobDiva candidates? +
- No. JobDiva's API has no way to list candidates changed since the last sync, so Redsun does not copy your candidate database. People who apply on your site are created in JobDiva, or matched to an existing record by email, and their application is filed against the job.
