Organic Growth

Rank on Google.
Get cited by AI.

Organic Growth is Redsun's SEO and Answer Engine Optimisation engine. Every page your site serves is scored against the factors search and answer engines read, the missing pages are named with the keywords they should target, and the content that fills them is drafted on your site for review.

Live account, scores update as the site changes

Recruitment SEO is the practice of optimising a staffing agency's website to rank for the terms candidates and hiring managers search. Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) structures the same content so ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite it. Redsun runs both from one place: technical SEO served at the edge, JSON-LD written into the HTML before any JavaScript executes, and a per-page score that names what is missing.

The organic engine

SEO and AEO, handled at the platform level.

Four things every recruitment site needs and most never get, built into the platform your consultants already publish through.

Served, not installed

Technical SEO

Each tenant site gets its own robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt, canonical URLs and per-page meta, generated from the site document and served by the worker rather than maintained by hand.

In the HTML

Structured data

JSON-LD for Organization, JobPosting, FAQPage, Service, BreadcrumbList, Person and Review is server-rendered into the page, so crawlers that never execute JavaScript still read it.

Eight factors

AEO

Question-formatted headings, direct-answer blocks and FAQ schema, scored site-wide against the eight signals answer engines read before they quote a source.

Measured

Edge delivery

Pages are rendered and cached at Cloudflare's edge. On the live account below that shows up as an 11ms time to first byte in Google's own scan.

The Loop

Organic compounds because the work loops.

Scoring on its own is a report card. The reason organic visibility builds here is that the score names a gap, the gap becomes a page, and the page goes back through the score.

  1. 01

    Every page gets a score

Redsun resolves the pages your site actually serves and scores each one across nine SEO factors, then scores the site as a whole across eight AEO factors. The numbers recalculate while you edit, so a fix shows up before you leave the page.

  2. 02

    The gaps get named

The same panel reads your sectors, your active CRM roles and the pages you already have, and lists the pages a site in your niche is expected to carry but yours does not, each with the keywords it should target and an outline.

  3. 03

    The missing page gets written

One click drafts the gap as a blog article or builds it as a site page, written through the shared copy engine against your brand evidence. It lands on your site as a draft with its URL shown, for you to read and publish.

  4. 04

The new page is scored too

Its schema ships with it, the SEO and AEO scores take it into account on the next pass, and the gap analysis reads it as covered. The list of things left to do gets shorter every time you finish one.

The same loop feeds Content Automation, which supplies the weekly reports and posts that keep new material arriving, and Answer Engine Optimisation, where the same pages are graded on whether an AI answer would cite them.

What The Score Is Made Of

Seventeen factors, all of them checkable.

A score is only worth acting on if you can see what it counted. These are the exact factors and weights the panel uses.

Three details worth knowing. Schema Coverage is computed with the same function that emits your site's JSON-LD, so it can only credit structured data your pages genuinely carry, and the JobPosting check queries your live roles rather than assuming them. The AEO score grades your published site and shows nothing at all until you have published, because a readiness figure for a site no crawler can reach means nothing. Pages like contact, privacy and thank-you are classified as utility pages and exempted from the content-depth factors instead of being marked down for being short.

These are Redsun's own scores against Redsun's own rubric, computed in your browser from your site. They are a checklist of things you control, and they are not an estimate of where Google will place you. Your actual search performance comes from Google Search Console, which is connected in the same panel and reports your real queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rate and average position.

Keyword ideas

Keywords drawn from the roles you are working

A keyword tool normally starts with a volume database and works back towards your business. Redsun starts at your business: the sectors on your account, the active roles in your CRM with their titles and locations, your brand profile, and the pages and copy your site already carries.

Live account: an EV charging recruiter's ideas, each carrying its reason

Every idea explains itself

"EV charging executive search firm" is there because that agency places CFOs and VPs. "EVSE hardware software engineer jobs" is there because a live VP of Hardware Engineering brief is open. The reason is on the row, so you can disagree with it.

What it deliberately does not show

There are no search-volume or difficulty numbers here, because Redsun does not license a volume dataset. Ideas are grouped as primary, long-tail or question, and tagged by intent and priority. The tick beside a keyword means it already appears in your site copy.

Content Gaps

Eleven opportunities, each with a build button.

The gap analysis reads the pages you have against the pages a site in your niche is expected to carry, and returns what is missing, what is thin, and the outline each one needs.

Live account: 8 missing, 3 weak, each with the keywords it should target

"Write as article" drafts a 700 to 1,000 word piece and files it under your insights hub. "Build as page" produces a shorter page and adds it to your site at its own URL. Both are written in markdown through the shared copy engine, against your brand profile and your confirmed evidence, and both are checked for the language patterns that make copy read as machine-written before they come back to you.

Neither one publishes. The build lands on your working site with its path shown so you can open it, edit the wording, and publish when you are happy. If you would rather the supply of new material ran on a weekly rhythm instead of gap by gap, that is Content Automation.

Page SEO

Titles and descriptions, edited against the result

Every page in the site carries its own SEO title, meta description and social share image, edited with the character counts in view and an approximate Google result rendered underneath.

Live account: counters, share image and an approximate result preview

What you type here is what the worker puts in the page head and in the Open Graph and Twitter tags, so the preview and the served page come from the same value. The share image is chosen from your own site imagery rather than uploaded again, the panel warns you when two pages share a title or a description, and the preview is labelled as approximate because search engines rewrite snippets whenever they feel like it.

Performance

The scan reports the amber as well as the green.

Redsun runs Google PageSpeed Insights against your live domain on demand and keeps the history, so you can see the trend rather than one flattering snapshot.

Live account: SEO 100, Performance 63, and the total blocking time flagged

That capture is the live account exactly as the panel drew it. SEO 100, Accessibility 95 and Best Practices 100, with Performance at 63. Time to first byte is 11ms because the page comes off Cloudflare's edge, and total blocking time is 364ms, which Google grades as needing work. Showing you the second number is the point of running the scan.

Findings are then split by who acts on them. Three came back with steps you can follow in the builder and a hint about which section to open; thirteen sit with the platform, and the panel says so rather than adding them to your list. That split is our own map of Lighthouse audit IDs to owners, maintained by hand, so read it as our judgement about who does the work rather than a measurement.

Organic, SEO & AEO

Both panels are drawn, not captured. No platform can promise a position or a citation, and any tool that shows you one has drawn it too. What Redsun ships is the structure that makes the citation possible, and the reporting that tells you whether the engines have read you.

The Boundary

What runs on its own, and what still needs you.

Automation earns trust by being specific about where it stops.

Redsun handles this

No task, no ticket, no plugin

The files crawlers look for

robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt are generated per tenant and served by the worker, updating as pages are added.

Structured data on every page

Organization, JobPosting, FAQPage, Service, BreadcrumbList, Person and Review markup is rendered server-side, before JavaScript runs.

Scoring and gap analysis

SEO and AEO scores recalculate as the site changes. The gap list refreshes against your live roles.

Delivery

Edge rendering, caching and image compression, which is where the 11ms time to first byte comes from.

You decide this

A human judgement the platform will not make

Publishing

Gap builds and AI-written meta arrive as drafts on your site with their URLs shown. Nothing reaches the live site until you publish it.

The proof in the content

The copy engine is forbidden from inventing statistics, client names, placements or awards. The evidence that makes a page worth citing has to come from your team.

Which keywords you want

Priority and intent tags are suggestions with a reason attached. You star the ones you intend to own, and you decide what to ignore.

The three builder fixes

Where a Lighthouse finding is yours, the panel gives you the steps and the section to open. Someone still has to make the edit.

Two more boundaries worth stating plainly. Nobody can promise you a search position or a date by which an answer engine will cite you, so this page does not. And the depth here varies by plan: per-page SEO, the performance scan, Search Console and traffic are on Flare, while keyword ideas, content gaps, the AEO scorecard and AI-crawler reporting are part of Fusion. The recruitment SEO and AEO service pages go further into the method behind each half, and What is Redsun explains how the organic engine sits inside the rest of the platform.

Organic Growth FAQs

Common questions about recruitment SEO, AEO, and how Redsun builds organic visibility.

What is recruitment SEO automation?
+
Recruitment SEO automation is the practice of having a platform handle a staffing agency's technical SEO instead of a developer or an agency retainer. On Redsun that means a per-tenant robots.txt, sitemap.xml and llms.txt served by the edge worker, canonical URLs and per-page meta generated from the site document, and JSON-LD written into the HTML before any JavaScript runs. The remaining work — what the pages say and when they are published — stays with the agency.
What is Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) for recruitment?
+
Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) structures your recruitment website content so it's cited by AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Redsun formats content with conversational structure, FAQ schema, and citation-ready formatting — so your agency appears when candidates and clients ask AI tools about your market.
How does Redsun generate organic traffic for recruitment agencies?
+
Redsun runs the organic channel as a loop. Every page the site serves is scored across nine SEO factors and the site across eight AEO factors; a gap analysis names the pages your niche expects that you do not have; one click drafts each gap as an article or builds it as a page; and the new page goes back through the same scoring. Traffic compounds because the list of missing pages gets shorter each time you publish one.
Can Redsun help my recruitment agency rank on Google?
+
Redsun ships the structure that makes ranking possible: server-rendered schema, sitemaps and robots files, per-page titles and descriptions, question-formatted headings and a page-by-page score that names what is missing. No platform can promise a position, and Redsun does not. What you can see is your real search performance, because Google Search Console connects into the same panel and reports your queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rate and average position.
How does Organic Growth relate to Content Automation?
+
Organic Growth is the visibility engine: it makes sure your site is structured to rank in Google and be cited by AI answer engines. Content Automation is the supply engine: it writes and distributes the weekly intelligence reports, LinkedIn posts and blog drafts that give the organic engine fresh material. Most agencies run both together.
Does Redsun show keyword search volume or difficulty scores?
+
No. Redsun does not license a search-volume dataset, so it does not report volume or difficulty. Its keyword ideas are generated from your own signals instead: the sectors on your account, the active roles in your CRM with their titles and locations, your brand profile, and the pages and copy your site already carries. Each idea is grouped as primary, long-tail or question, tagged for intent and priority, and carries a one-line reason tied to your business so you can judge it.
How does Redsun decide what content is missing from a recruitment website?
+
The gap analysis compares the pages your site actually serves against the pages a high-AEO site in your niche is expected to carry, using your sectors, live roles and existing page list as the input. It returns each gap marked missing or weak, with a priority, a reason, the keywords it should target and a suggested outline. Nothing is invented about your business: the copy engine is barred from fabricating statistics, client names, placements or awards.
Does Redsun publish AI-written pages to my site automatically?
+
No. Choosing 'Write as article' or 'Build as page' drafts the piece onto your working site and tells you the URL it will serve at. It stays in draft until a person reviews the wording and publishes. The same applies to AI-suggested page titles and meta descriptions, which only fill fields you have left empty and never overwrite something you wrote.
Who fixes the issues a Redsun performance scan finds?
+
Redsun runs Google PageSpeed Insights against your live domain on demand, reports the SEO, Performance, Accessibility and Best Practices scores plus LCP, CLS, TTFB, TBT, FCP and Speed Index, and keeps the history. It then splits the findings by owner: the ones you can fix come with steps and a hint about which builder section to open, and the ones the platform handles are labelled as ours so they stay off your list. That split is a curated map of Lighthouse audit IDs to owners that Redsun maintains, so it reflects our judgement about who acts rather than a measurement.
Can I edit page titles and meta descriptions myself?
+
Yes. Every page has its own SEO title, meta description and social share image in the admin, with live character counters against the 60 and 160 character guides, a warning when two pages share a title or description, and an approximate Google result preview. The worker serves those exact values in the page head and in the Open Graph and Twitter tags, so what you preview is what gets served.
Which parts of Organic Growth are included on the Flare plan?
+
Per-page SEO editing, the Lighthouse performance scan and Core Web Vitals, the Google Search Console connection and traffic reporting are on Flare, alongside the technical SEO and structured data that ship with every site. AI keyword ideas, the content gap analysis with its one-click builds, the AEO scorecard, AI content scoring and AI-crawler reporting are part of Fusion.
