Redsun Platform is building vertical SaaS infrastructure for the $4.7bn global recruitment software market. We're preparing our pre-seed round and inviting early investors to join.

Market opportunity

A large market with no marketing-platform incumbent

Recruitment website builders exist, Sourceflow and Shazamme among them. The layer above them has no established provider: a marketing platform that runs an agency's AEO, conversion and CRM-fed content.

Investment thesis

The market gap and the timing window

The global recruitment software market is worth $4.7bn and growing 7% a year, yet the agency front office, the website, remains digitally underserved. In our audit of 391 agencies, 82% sat in the bottom two maturity tiers and only 3 had a genuine demand engine. Agencies depend on job boards for candidate flow, rebuild on generic tools, and have no way to measure the commercial impact of their digital presence.

AI has created a timing window. For the first time, it's possible to auto-generate complete, industry-specific websites, with tailored copy, schema markup, and conversion funnels, in about ten minutes, with human review. Combined with deep CRM integration and visitor intelligence, this creates a platform of a kind agencies cannot buy today.

Sourceflow, Shazamme and the WordPress agencies all sell a recruitment agency a website. Redsun sells the marketing engine that runs on one, with the site as its delivery surface: Answer Engine Optimisation, two-sided conversion, visitor intelligence and CRM-fed content. That is the category where we are early. The website build itself is a solved problem.

Why invest

Investment highlights

Vertical SaaS with deep moats

Recruitment-specific AI models, CRM integrations (Loxo, Firefish, JobAdder, Atlas), and conversion funnels that generic builders can't replicate. Every feature compounds the switching cost.

Land-and-expand revenue model

Two-tier pricing (Flare → Fusion) with a natural expansion trigger: agencies start by building, launching and running their site, then upgrade for the full marketing engine, visitor intelligence, live sections, and microsites, as they grow.

Founder-market fit

Built by a recruitment agency owner with seven years in executive search. Aym Recruitment is the live reference deployment, so features get tested against a working agency before they ship.

Capital-efficient architecture

Cloudflare Workers edge deployment, AI-driven content generation, and automated onboarding mean near-zero marginal cost per customer. Infrastructure scales without headcount.

Aggregate data as a future asset

Every tenant site produces first-party engagement data. Anonymised benchmarking across that base is a roadmap item rather than a shipped feature, and it gets more defensible with each agency that joins.

Underserved market

Recruitment agencies buy their digital presence from general-purpose tools and freelance builders. Redsun is built only for them, so recruitment sections, two-sided funnels and CRM sync arrive as defaults instead of custom work.

The product

What we've built

Redsun Platform is live and in production. Aym Recruitment runs on it as the reference deployment, agencies are in active conversation, and the company is pre-revenue. The platform includes:

  • AI site generation: complete multi-page recruitment websites in about ten minutes, human-reviewed
  • Visual page editor, drag-and-drop builder with recruitment-specific sections
  • Conversion wells: AI-powered candidate and employer funnels with gated insights
  • CRM integration: scheduled sync with Loxo, Firefish, JobAdder, and Atlas
  • Visitor intelligence: company identification, intent scoring, re-engagement
  • Traffic engine: team link hub, UTM tracking, channel attribution
  • Sector microsites, AI-generated sub-sites per industry vertical
  • Analytics & AI optimiser: conversion funnels, engagement metrics, AI site walkthrough
Architecture

Built for scale

The platform runs on Cloudflare Workers at the edge, with Supabase for data, and a React/TypeScript frontend with server-side rendering. This architecture means:

  • Sub-100ms TTFB on cached edge responses, tenant sites load fast worldwide
  • Near-zero marginal cost per new customer
  • Multi-tenant isolation, thousands of sites on shared infrastructure
  • AI pipeline: OpenAI integration for content generation and analysis
  • CRM sync for Loxo, Firefish, JobAdder and Atlas on an hourly cycle, triggerable by hand
