Who it's for
Any agency that gets asked “who should I call?”
Found fits four kinds of agency well and one kind badly. Here's which.
Starter · £99
Solo and niche recruiters
You are the expert in one market and nobody online can tell. A post a week on your blog, written from your placements, is enough for the engines to start naming you. Two seats, twenty questions.
Plus · £249
Agencies on another website platform
Your site lives on WordPress, Sourceflow or an agency retainer and you're not moving it. Found tracks the answers and hands you finished articles, posts and carousels for the site you have.
Plus or Pro
Agencies on Redsun
Everything publishes live from the calendar: blog, sector pages, comparison pages, LinkedIn. Found reads your live roles and placements straight from the platform, so the briefs write themselves.
Enterprise · £1,299
Multi-brand groups
Several brands, several markets, a hundred questions running daily and 25 people who need a seat. Sales-led, with the grids run continuously.
Not for you if
You want the chart and nothing else.
Found is priced on publishing. If you want a visibility score to put in a board deck and no intention of writing anything, the enterprise tools will do that for more money.
It also needs something to write from. An agency with no placements to cite and no consultants to ground the answers gets thin content, and thin content doesn't get cited. Come back after the first few deals.
What agencies do with it
The first month, in practice.
Week 1
Twenty questions asked
The overview shows where you're named and where a rival is. Brand Kit filled in.
Week 2
First two briefs approved
One article, one post. Both from questions nobody answered.
Week 3
Article live
Carousel on LinkedIn. Questions replaced with two a client actually asked.
Week 4
Check what moved
The report shows whether a question that left you out now names you, and the sentence if it does.
