AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for hiring decisions
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated recommendations before acting on them
Redsun does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
Final hiring and recruitment decisions remain your responsibility

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate market data and insights, all information is provided for informational purposes only. Salary benchmarks and market trends are based on aggregated, anonymized data and should not be considered as guaranteed outcomes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Redsun Innovations Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Redsun Innovations Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
