Intent Scoring

How Redsun works out which visitors are warm.

1

What feeds the score

Intent is scored from behaviour: how many times someone has visited, how many pages they viewed, how long they stayed, whether they started or finished a form, and whether they arrived through a tracked campaign link.

2

Cold to ready

Visitors are placed on a scale from cold through to ready. **Trends** on the Signals hub shows how your audience is distributed across it, which is a better read on pipeline health than a single average.

3

Heating up is the actionable view

The **Heating up** widget surfaces contacts whose score is climbing, which is more useful than a static leaderboard: a contact moving from cold to warm this week is a live opportunity in a way that a permanently warm contact isn't.

4

Using scores for outreach

Prioritise by movement, then by score. Someone on their fifth visit who has just opened your engagement terms is a different conversation from a first-time visitor who read one article.
