Onboarding — Brand Kit to Live

Onboarding runs through five stages, shown in the progress rail at the top: **Brand kit**, **Theme**, **Structure**, **Build**, **Live**. You move forward stage by stage — nothing generates until you've confirmed what you want.

Onboarding opens on **Your brand kit**. Paste your existing website (or LinkedIn page) into the **Your website** field and click **Analyse**. Redsun crawls the site and pulls out your company name, industry, sectors, brand voice, brand colours, and logo, then shows them for confirmation under **Website crawled**. Click **Use these details** to accept. No website? Use **Skip and configure manually** and fill the fields in yourself.

After the scan you work through four steps, shown as `Step n of 4`: 1. **The basics** — your company name and logo. 2. **Typeface** — a font pairing for headings and body. 3. **Sectors** — the specialisms your agency hires for. 4. **Voice & proof** — a free-text description of how your agency sounds, plus up to three proof points and an optional placement story. Brand voice is written in your own words here, not picked from a preset list. It grounds every line of copy the AI writes.

**Pick a look** offers nine curated themes, grouped **Neutral**, **Dark**, and **Vibrant**. Choose one, then two follow-on screens fine-tune it: • **Pick a few images you like** — Redsun builds a gallery around your choices and reuses them across the site. • **Pick your colours** — schemes built from your brand colour and checked for contrast.

**Choose the pages we'll build.** The core pages (Home, About, Services, Sectors, Jobs, Contact) are always included; you add any extras you want. Helion suggests pages that suit your sectors.

**Building your site** runs the generation: researching your market, writing copy for your sectors, choosing imagery, opening your editor. When it finishes you reach **Your site is ready**, where **Publish + open dashboard** takes you live and drops you on your Home dashboard. Your site address is your agency subdomain, derived from your company name. You can move to your own domain at any time from Settings → Domain.
