What is Talent Snapshot
Talent Snapshot is a Flare+ feature that turns your candidate database into a shareable preview page. Pick a handful of candidates, and Redsun builds a branded landing page showcasing them — anonymous by default (initials + role + key skills + availability) — that you can send to a hiring manager as proof of pipeline. No more 'we have someone' phone calls. Send a link instead.
Talent Snapshots are the fastest way to convert a vague hiring conversation into a real conversation about specific candidates.
Where it lives
Talent Snapshot pages are part of your employer well journey. When a hiring manager completes the employer well, they can be routed to a tailored Talent Snapshot showing candidates matching their role brief. You can also build standalone Talent Snapshot pages from the Site Builder — useful for ad-hoc outreach.
The 4 section types
Talent Snapshot pages compose from 4 dedicated sections: • **Talent Hero** — landing banner with the snapshot's title, sector tag, and candidate count. • **Talent Featured** — spotlight on 1-2 standout candidates with extended profile cards. • **Talent Best-Fit** — algorithmic match scores against a role brief (similarity, salary fit, availability). • **Talent Grid** — masonry grid of all candidates in the snapshot with click-to-expand cards.
Building a snapshot
From the tenant admin, navigate to Outcomes → Candidate Leads. Select 3-12 candidates and click 'Build Talent Snapshot'. Choose a sector, an optional role brief (free text), and a recipient (the hiring manager you're sharing with — used for tracking). Redsun auto-generates a unique URL and applies your branding.
Anonymisation is on by default. Switch off only when you have explicit consent — and even then, never share contact details on the public page.
Sharing and tracking
Each Talent Snapshot URL is unique to the recipient and tracked: you'll see when they open it, which candidates they expand, and how long they spend. Engagement events feed into the Visitor Intelligence Engine (Fusion) so you get an alert when the manager comes back for a second look.
Pair with an employer well to convert engagement into a booked call automatically.
