Talent Snapshot

Talent Snapshot is a page in your employer journey that showcases candidates from your own CRM records — anonymous by default, so a hiring manager sees role, key skills and availability rather than names. It turns 'we have someone' into a page they can look at.

It's generated as part of your site during onboarding and served at `/hiring/talent`. In the **Site** hub, find it in your site's navigation under **Employer journey**, where it appears alongside the other employer pages. Hiring managers reach it after completing the employer well, with the candidates ranked against the role they submitted.

The page is built from four sections, which you reorder, hide and restyle like any others: • **Talent Spotlight** — the landing banner, with sector and candidate count • **Featured Profile** — one or two standout candidates in extended cards • **Best Fit** — candidates matched against the submitted role • **Talent Grid** — every candidate in the snapshot, click to expand

Open it in the site editor and edit as normal: **Contents** for headlines and supporting copy, **Layout** for section order and variants, **Colours** for styling. Who appears comes from your CRM data and the role submitted, not from a list you curate by hand.

When a hiring manager registers interest in candidates, Redsun creates an employer lead and writes it back to your CRM if one is connected. On Fusion, their engagement also feeds the Signals hub, so you see when they come back for a second look.
