Brand Voice & Knowledge
Tell Redsun how your agency sounds and what it can claim.
Voice is written, not picked from a list
There's no preset tone selector. You describe how your agency sounds in your own words — confident, technical, warm, whatever fits — first during onboarding at the **Voice & proof** step, and afterwards in the **Brand** hub → **Knowledge** tab under **Tone & voice**.
Brand knowledgeThe Knowledge tab
Knowledge is what grounds every line of AI-written copy. It holds: • **Proof points** — the wins you can stand behind • **Search mechanisms** — how your buyers actually find you • **Never claim** — things Redsun must not say about you • **Specialisms**, **Audiences** and **Regions** • **Tone & voice** • **Other facts** The more of this you confirm, the more specific and provable your copy becomes.
Never claim is a hard boundary
Anything you list under **Never claim** is excluded from generated copy. Use it for claims you can't evidence, accreditations you don't hold, and language your compliance team won't sign off.
Artifacts
The **Artifacts** tab is where you upload the raw material — sales-call and pitch transcripts, case studies, tone-of-voice documents, proposals. Redsun distils these into draft knowledge entries that you confirm before they can feed your copy.
