Redsun connects to Vincere through its API with your own client ID and API key. Open jobs you have made public become job pages on your site, and each website applicant is created in Vincere, added to that job's pipeline, and given their CV and a note of where they came from.

Vincere issues API access through its support team. Ask them for a client ID and an API key, and give them the redirect address shown on your Redsun Connections screen. Enter both with your account subdomain, press Connect and sign in once with a Vincere user. Redsun keeps the connection signed in from then on.
- Jobs, candidates, companies and contacts are read with a last-updated filter, so an hourly run fetches only what changed
- Once a day every job is read in full, and any role Vincere no longer has open comes off your site
- Vincere sends webhooks through Amazon SNS, which Redsun does not use, so changes arrive on the next scheduled run or when you press Sync now

Public jobs as job pages
Open jobs you have made public come across with the advert, location, salary or day rate, currency and contract type. Private jobs, job leads and jobs on hold stay off the site.
Applicants on the job
A website application finds the candidate in Vincere by email or creates them, then adds them to that job's pipeline. Applying twice to the same job does not create a second application.
CV upload
The CV uploaded on your site is attached to the candidate's Vincere record as their original CV, filed under your account's CV or resume document type.
Candidates and contacts
Candidates and client contacts sync from Vincere, and hiring managers from your employer wells are created as contacts under their company.
Companies, placements and consultants
Client companies, the placements on each placed job and your Vincere users come across for consultant profiles and placement counts. Placement fees and salaries stay in Vincere.
Application notes
Each application adds a note to the candidate recording how they applied, with their phone, LinkedIn and cover letter.

- How does Redsun connect to Vincere? +
- Through Vincere's API, using a client ID and API key that Vincere Support issues to your agency. You give Support the redirect address from your Connections screen, enter the client ID, API key and account subdomain in Redsun, then sign in once with a Vincere user. Redsun refreshes that sign-in itself after that.
- Which Vincere jobs appear on my website? +
- Open jobs that are not marked private. Private jobs, job leads, jobs on hold, and closed or cancelled jobs stay off the site, and a job that moves into any of those states comes off at the next sync.
- What do I need to set before applicants reach Vincere? +
- A candidate source. Vincere will not create a candidate without one, and Redsun never picks one for you. Choose the source website applicants should be recorded under and enter it on the Connections screen. The connection test lists the sources your account has.
