Job Portal Setup
Configure your job listings page with data from CRM, AI, or CSV.
Enable the job portal

Enable in two places: **Connections → Feature Toggles** (turn on `job_portal`) and **Builder → site settings**. Choose your data source: CRM sync, AI-generated sample jobs, or CSV upload.
CRM data source

If connected to Atlas, Firefish, JobAdder, or Loxo, jobs sync automatically every 15 minutes. Configure which job statuses appear (active, featured) and how they're displayed on the portal.
AI or CSV fallback

If you don't have a CRM connected, generate sample jobs with AI based on your sectors, or upload a CSV of current vacancies. CSV format: title, description, location, salary, and status columns.
Customise the portal

Edit the job portal layout: choose card or list view, set filters (location, department, salary range, work type), and configure the application flow.
Preview and publish

Preview the portal page to check job cards, filters, and the apply flow. Publish when satisfied. Jobs update automatically from CRM syncs without requiring a new publish.
