The Signals Feed

See when known contacts come back to your site, and what they looked at.

1

Open Signals

Click **Signals** in the left-hand navigation. The hub is one scrolling dashboard rather than a set of tabs, and it's a Fusion feature — on Flare you'll see what it does and an upgrade path.

What's on the page

Top to bottom: • A live strip showing whether anyone is on your site right now • **Heating up** — contacts whose intent is rising • **Account heat** — companies with activity across several visitors • **Visitor sessions** — individual visits • **Channel mix** and **Top pages** • The **Signals** feed, filterable to **Today** or **This week** • **Trends** — known visitors, unread alerts, and how intent is distributed

What produces a signal

Signals come from return visits by identified contacts, clicks on tracked campaign links, and clusters of activity from the same company. Identification happens when someone submits a form, clicks a tracked link that carries their identity, or matches a synced CRM contact.

4

Act on it

Open any entry to see the pages that contact visited and how their intent has moved. The point is to tell a consultant who to call and what to open with, so work the feed alongside your CRM rather than instead of it.

Sort your attention by Heating up rather than by recency. A third visit from a hiring manager beats a first visit from a browser.
